Poor service and conditions.
We wanted to celebrate our mother's birthday. For 3 weeks, they phoned and discussed the conditions: 3-room suite with a kitchen and the possibility of accommodating 5 adults and a baby. As a result, 40 squares were brought into the room, in which the zones were separated with the help of plasterboard walls or it is not clear what. It consists of an entrance hall a la the first room with a refrigerator (worked with noise), a sliding table and a small sofa, 2 rooms in which, apart from 2 double beds, nothing fits and a toilet. As you understand, there was no kitchen, which was agreed upon.
But what is important is not the fact of which number, but the fact that we were deceived and refused to return the money that we transferred on an advance payment.

In the course of the proceedings, it turned out:
The reception refused to show a license to carry out activities
The book of complaints and suggestions is brand new. Apparently there were too many "positive" reviews in the previous one (in fact, they change every week as soon as they receive negative feedback)
They prefer to receive money by transfer so as not to pay a commission on the terminal (since when it is 6%, God only knows, if you have come to this point, you can understand that the owners simply do not want to pay taxes and run a white business)

The logic of the institution is as follows - well, Permians will arrive, spend 2 hours on the road, they are unlikely to refuse, we will shake our ears on the phone, and then, when they arrive, they will not go anywhere. Get away. I won’t wish good luck to non-entrepreneurs in court, the service sector in our country should strive to be competitive, and not smart-assed and aimed just to collect dough

We came to rest from August 21-22. The site ambitiously states that "perhaps this is the best place to stay." So, everything is exactly the opposite! You will not be able to relax if you do not come with a cheerful and numerous company. TWO funny companies came with us together. Music blared throughout the area until 6.10 am. I know for sure, because I didn’t have to sleep at all. If you do not follow the rules of silence after 23.00, YOU NEED TO WARN! I asked the administrator girl to influence the situation - the result is zero! I left with a headache from a sleepless night. And I wanted to relax in nature after a week of work (the reviews were good). But in general, the place is well-groomed and pleasant, but the cacophony of music and the cries of having fun vacationers just killed all the good impression on the spot. In general, if you want to relax in nature and sleep, then this is not here.
