+ Who knew Vladivostok was so fabulous? Great hotel...wonderful reception staff...large room...super bathroom...everything faultless.
- This isn't a complaint, but Vladivostok is so strung out and hilly...there is not really any such thing as an ideal location...but the "Uber-like" taxis are absurdly cheap (I feel like I'm raping the poor guys)...that one can get around easily...especially in the snow and ice which made long walks tiring. eg, taxi from airport to hotel at 03h00...and hours drive in snowstorm...cost about 12 euros. Ten minute drives around town around 4 euros.

+ The room is tidy and decent. The location is convenient, with KFC and supermarket nearby. The staff in front desk is warm and friendly, and I am quite suprised by each of them knowing so many languages. No wonder it's such an international hotel.
- Tissues in my home are moist and moldy.

I am currently staying at this hotel. I am very glad that there are hotels with a high level of service in Russia. My time in Vladivostok is brightened by being here. Great breakfast, excellent room, service, cleanliness, staff at a high level, parking... I recommend this hotel. I will add photos later.

For example, it seemed very strange to me in a 4-star hotel - 2 towels! When there should be 4 guests for each person. Well, ok - I'll wipe my hands and face with one. The meager filling of cosmetic accessories was also not clear. Even the most seedy guest houses have a comb and a shower cap.
I want to note that a room in a 4-star hotel cost me 7,500 rubles. It's not even budgetary at all. And besides a toothbrush with paste, shower gel and shampoo - nothing!
New hotel seemingly new refurbishment - broken blinds not so easy to deal with. In general, the blinds are not comfortable. Dense, opaque curtains - what we are used to is about comfort. Blinds - about the office ....
in general, the hotel was pleasant. The service is good - I could not open the door with the key (it did not work, the handle was not pressed), the hotel employee kindly came up with me and was very kind, empathetic and smiling. The room is clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable, not very soft or hard. But you can get lost in the blanket, it's too thick)
I can’t say anything about breakfast, maybe I didn’t try it there.
In general, the price is not equal to the quality. Different colors of the already missing towels. Not 4 stars! 3 !!!! Solid so. And the cost is unambiguously overpriced. There is something to compare with cheaper hotels in the city and the best filling (cosmetics, the same water (1 liter of branded, not 500 ml of the cheapest) and for the same price where everything corresponds to it.
