- First, the reception staff don’t have a good command of English, which cost a lot of time upon check-in (they even can’t understand words like “laundry” “registration” which tend to occur in the hotel setting) Well, we understand that maybe it is not a must, but given there are indeed plenty of tourists, as we do notice these days, fluency in English would be better for communication. Second, the disappointing room service☹️☹️ Why the cleaning staff insist on knocking at our door every noon? For guests who haven’t adjusted their biological clock, being waken up at this time is totally a torture! What’s worse, never have I stayed in a hotel, domestic or overseas, which doesn’t provide slippers and bottled water every new day. Staff at the reception explained that they only offer slippers and water the first day when guests arrive. Okay, we can buy our water in the supermarket nearby, but why did the cleaning staff throw our slippers away since you wouldn’t give us new ones??? Lastly, the elevators are so tiny and old-fashioned that they can’t host more than three persons and even worse, they produce weird noise when operating… to be honest, I am so scared that the elevators might break down or get stuck in the middle of stairs…

The room is expensive 4600 .A very small and modest.Slippers and Bathrobe are not included in the price.The Breakfast is very tasty and varied Swede.table.
