The hotel is excellent! A small hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped. The hotel is new. A very good varied breakfast buffet is included in the price. SPA - a small pool with a sauna and hamam. A couple of hours to relax after long walks - just right. In terms of equipment and service, it corresponds to the declared 4 stars. We travel a lot, so there is something to compare with

We visited Pskov for the first time and chose your hotel. It met our expectations. We have visited many countries and have something to compare with. The Pokrovsky Hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The staff is professional and cultured. The restaurant and spa area are of European standard. The room is cozy, everything is clean. The air conditioners work, a comfortable temperature is maintained. Thank you for the warm welcome, we had a good rest.

The hotel has a great location, all the main attractions are nearby. The room in our case was quite small, but not cramped. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, a hair dryer. The radiators did not work, but it was not cold. The spa area is not bad. The water in the pool is cool, good for a quick swim. There are 2 jets, but only one worked. Also 2 saunas, dry and steam, we liked both. Breakfast is one of the best among all the hotels where we were. A large selection of food and desserts, everything is delicious. I think that the hotel has a well-deserved 4 stars, considering its location in a small town.

I liked everything. The room, the service, and the food. There are many attractions nearby. The SPA area is small, but quite sufficient: a swimming pool, a steam room (hammam), a sauna. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous! In the room: an electric kettle, a TV, a refrigerator, climate control, comfortable beds.

Excellent hotel with SPA (pool with hydromassage, hammam and sauna). The room was small on the attic floor, there were mosquitoes in the room and there was not enough fumigator. The service is excellent.

I want to say a huge thank you to the entire staff of the Pokrovsky Hotel !!! Checked in early which is always nice. We lived on the top floor, as we asked, they settled us in the very distance, away from the masses of people. The room is nice and cozy, everything worked properly, special thanks for the blackout curtains!!! We didn't go to the spa so I can't comment. Breakfast for 10+, incredible choice of dishes and everything is so delicious!!! The location is very convenient, you left the hotel and you are already on the waterfront. Thank you for your hospitality! Next time only to you!!!

We come here not for the first time and we are very pleased with the positive atmosphere in the hotel! I really like the cheerful lobby with a large TV, sofas and a bar!)) The cleanliness of the rooms is always on top, the breakfasts are excellent, varied, I want to try everything!) a very cozy spa area! Indeed , the owners have invested their soul ! Thank you !

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center. By the river. Cozy, cute with its own rhythm and philosophy. Luxurious rooms (took a room in the attic), delicious and hearty breakfasts. And be sure to go to the spa and gym! Hammam and a Russian bath with a pool pleasantly invigorate in the morning and lull you to sleep in the evening) Parking right in front of the hotel!

A very cozy and welcoming home. The hostess has wonderful taste and goodwill. The interior is made in the style of the 19th century. Exclusive porcelain, personalized cutlery. We just dropped in to have tea, but so wanted to sit longer in the cozy living room with a beautiful view from the window, look at the china and, of course, taste the skillfully prepared dishes.

A must visit!
The institution is located in a renovated house from the late 19th century. In the same building there are rooms for guests. In fact, the entire restaurant is 3 tables in a very beautiful living room, recreated in the style of a 19th century guest house.

it is a good place with good service. quite authentic also. but during warm season lots of mosquitos (as it is right on the river). If the windows had mosquito nets, it would much-much better
