Tranzit Hotel in Pskov

In general, I liked the hotel, but there is "BUT" ...
From the pleasant - a clean room, a very comfortable bed, nice linens, serviceable plumbing. The room has a TV, refrigerator. Guarded parking nearby, exit from the hotel directly to a restaurant with quite acceptable food.
Disadvantages:
1) Rooms facing the road are something. Windows have only a function of protection from the wind, the sounds of cars passing by simply will not let you rest.
2) Hotel guests are obviously not informed that in such establishments it is necessary to behave a little quieter than usual due to the presence of other guests. Slamming doors, smoking under the windows, loud nocturnal conversations ...
3) There are enough rooms in the hotel, but they are settled almost in order, so the guests really interfere with each other. I am sure that the ability to populate guests through 1,2 rooms exists with such a number of rooms.
To summarize, the price / quality ratio is 2 out of 5. For a good rest of people whose journey lasts several days, it is not suitable, all the same you want peace and sleep. As an overnight stop on a two-day trip - highly recommended given the downsides.
