The hotel lives up to its 4 stars! Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the Kremlin. We stayed for two nights. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast! We'd love to come back!

Good hotel, the price includes access to the pool and sauna. Liked the breakfast. Three of us lived in a suite. The extra bed is very uncomfortable! And tea in the suite May! Very very strange choice.

The hotel has won us over once again, the hotel is improving, the staff is friendly, everyone says hello, smiles, is ready to tell you and help. Everything is clean, safety measures are observed. We would especially like to mention the receptionist Nadezhda, she kindly explained and showed everything. Another surprise awaited us for our wedding anniversary - champagne and fruit! Very nice, thank you very much. We come to this hotel for the third time and want to come back again. A variety of rooms, a wonderful breakfast with fresh products, especially delicious Carrot Fresh, red fish, champagne! The cleanest linens, all the accessories, parking, Wi-Fi, cleaning every day. Beautiful interiors, flowers everywhere! The hotel has an intimate spa, wonderful massages and other pleasant things. The fact that you need to sign up for the spa is even good, there is no crowding. Two restaurants, live music, evenings, and room service. Opposite is a wonderful ancient 16th-century church, an embankment for strolls, and the Kremlin and old town are nearby. The air in Pskov is incredibly fresh! The views, the atmosphere, everything is great!

We stayed for three days. We really liked the hotel, especially the food in its two restaurants, Aristocrat and Rublev. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The spa is small, but the staff is very hot. The room has everything you need. The only thing is that the cups are very small; I would have liked a larger one for tea. I also want to mention the restaurants – everything is delicious. They offer Russian and European cuisine. The choice is vast. The hotel is very conveniently located. We recommend it for both families and couples.
