Great location!! Excellent service, cuisine at level +, good, clean rooms, everything you need, warm, cozy, I was very pleased with the spa area!! I recommend it for romantic dates and family vacations!

I don't know how this hotel is for a holiday. We stayed there on the way to Crimea and back. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, large parking lot. We went to the spa area to look, we liked what we saw.

The second time we stopped, tried a different category of rooms, everything is super. The staff is very friendly 👍 very quickly solves my problems and requests. In the restaurant, the waiters will tell you everything in detail.In general, I am a very big critic, but this Hotel is 5+ in all points.

Stayed at this hotel for one night only . It’s well located , has a guest parking lot . Staff very friendly, room was really nice , well furnished, well maintained. The bar on the second floor is nice too . Gym is small but okay for short stay . Didn’t use the sauna though. All and all , very good hotel .

Central location, very convenient, splendid view of the Don River, generous breakfast, but not worth the price paid. The staff is helpful and friendly. There's a gym on the upper floors for guest use. It's really convenient. Separate spa, schedules must be booked. Some services are paid.
