One of the best hotel complexes in the Rostov region!!! I recommend it to everyone...

Very cozy place. Rest from city noise and dust. They contemplated the Donets and the fish playing in it. We visited a beer bath. Rested well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Too bad they don't work in winter. Only in the warm season, because. hotel is not heated...
We'll be back in the spring...
And how will the heating be adjusted and you can visit in the winter ..

We go there periodically. The cuisine is delicious value for money. We took a room for a day to swim in the pool, everything was very pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very good. I recommend to all. We ordered a plate for beer, I was pleased that they do it themselves and not from freezing.

Nice, beautiful territory, but unkempt ... A frog lived in a dirty pool, the sunbeds were broken, somehow everything looks abandoned. We lived alone in a hotel. Booked a super deluxe room. Strange room, however...all rooms are separated only by partitions, and the ceiling is shared...there is no soundproofing in the toilet, in the bathroom, and in the bedroom with the living room. What is the feature of this approach, it's hard to say ... but it's definitely not comfortable to live. The SPA complex is cozy, more suitable for a small group on special order, otherwise there will be little space. We took a beer bath ... I can’t say that it was a delight .... it was just interesting to try. Dinner on site...delicious. The pre-set breakfast was at least fresh. The staff is helpful, but we were only three guests in the whole complex.
