We stayed on the way back to Moscow. To say that the hotel surprised is to say nothing! It seems to me there is everything and even more. All sorts of fussy will always find something to complain about. But in fact, this is just a super hotel! Could sing praises for a long time. The only thing is breakfast. According to the menu. You can take all the menus at once, there are 10 items)) They are brought, as I understand, there is no kitchen in the hotel. So it's better to go to have breakfast in the city. Fortunately, there are a lot of cafes that are extremely worthy. If we pass, we will definitely stop by Novocherkassk and Platov! I liked the city very much too!

I have never seen that in 3 stars they gave slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, there was a safe, etc. 🤗

On the photo is our room (Junior Suite). Very worthy! 😊

There were very friendly girls at the reception, and a transfer was offered, and an extension of the room.

The breakfasts are hearty, you won't stay hungry 😉

Decent service, little English communication. Our bathroom had a leak which had to be covered with a towel. No shower curtain. 3 stars for A/C and room service.
