We stayed on the way back to Moscow. To say that the hotel surprised is to say nothing! It seems to me there is everything and even more. All sorts of fussy will always find something to complain about
Very worthy! 😊 There were very friendly girls at the reception, and a transfer was offered, and an extension of the room. The breakfasts are hearty, you won't stay hungry 😉
Awesome hotel! 💫 I have never seen that in 3 stars they gave slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, there was a safe, etc. 🤗 On the photo is our room (Junior Suite)
Decent service, little English communication. Our bathroom had a leak which had to be covered with a towel. No shower curtain. 3 stars for A/C and room service.

Stayed 1 night in the single most affordable room. I liked the cleanliness in the room, the great wide bed, the mattress does not sag and the pillows are as good as new - I slept like at home

It’s noisy, because the double-glazed windows are thin, the room was cleaned out of place, clouds of dust and old slippers didn’t even bother to be removed, the refrigerator is on the floor (I haven’t seen that for a long time), it’s very cramped and uncomfortable in the toilet room, the hanger weighs right on top of the door and therefore rattles
If you already call yourself Elite, you need to comply, it’s expensive for such a hotel, we definitely don’t recommend it
