Personally, we didn’t like it at all. It’s noisy, because the double-glazed windows are thin, the room was cleaned out of place, clouds of dust and old slippers didn’t even bother to be removed, the refrigerator is on the floor (I haven’t seen that for a long time), it’s very cramped and uncomfortable in the toilet room, the hanger weighs right on top of the door and therefore rattles. If you already call yourself Elite, you need to comply, it’s expensive for such a hotel, we definitely don’t recommend it

Excellent hotel, well done and the girls at the reception are pleasant with good intentions, not suffocating, not problematic! the best hotel than Platov and Hostels in the city!!

Excellent hotel, stayed with a child. Nice, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Prices are reasonable. I recommend it.
