+ Lux room was perfect for 5 of us (3 kids 4,8&10); food was OK, some fresh fish and Nutella for pancakes would make it perfect. The bar downstairs missed cold beer- was literally worm (disappointed and unbelievable- had to go to Hyatt Regency next door to get beer). Parking is convenient and affordable (no pay behind the corner- 400rub I. Front of the hotel). Overall great value for the money, thanks to the Hotel and Ostrovok- Missing beer in the lobby bar

A high-class hotel located in the very center of old Rostov. A luxurious hall with fountains, decorated with marble and incredible embossing, a grand piano, columns and wide stairs with graceful curves, silent lightning-fast elevators will whisk you to the 14th floor in no time. And the view from the facade is of the wide Don and the sparkling new stadium on the other bank. I recommend it.

Played in "Don Plaza" in the semi-finals of the game "Quiz Pliz". I really liked the environment. Gorgeous!)) Beautiful!)) Excellent polite staff. Spacious beautiful Golden Hall. Beautiful interior, fountains, windows with falling water in the form of a downpour. Fascinating))😍 I really liked it here.

Great hotel for this price, did not even expect. The location is super. The staff is friendly. You get into the atmosphere of comfort right from the hall. Booked a standard room. There is everything you can imagine, up to a travel sewing kit. A complete set of bath accessories from a bathrobe to a toothbrush. Tea, coffee with kettle). The cleanest bedding. If I visit your city again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks a lot.

Everything is decent. Polite staff. My friend got sick, they allowed me to check out 2 hours later without extra charge. Live music, convenient location.

No Internet. Very overpriced food of a low quality, stale fish. Only 2 sockets available, and one wan broken. Awful. Never again here

Very helpful and pleasant staff, clean and tidy. However, some rooms are a little bit weary and old. Also, wifi here disconnects often for some reason and the signal isn't good.

Bakery is so-so. Inside the well, the rooms, the lobby suitable for negotiations. There is a Parking lot.
