I liked everything very much, a small nice hotel with a good location, a good, clean room, a delicious breakfast. One big minus for us is children screaming under the window on the playground. We couldn’t sleep.

The hotel is located in an old mansion - hence the rather nice interior. The dining room on the ground floor looks interesting. Breakfast is included in the price. Everything is clean in the rooms and everything works, the staff is friendly. There is a private parking lot, but it was problematic for us to park - the yard is not so big and there were a lot of guests. Very convenient location - the hotel is easy to find when you first visit the city, and the center of Rostov-on-Don is literally three steps away

I liked the hotel very much. In the center, everything is at hand. Clean rooms, pleasant service, everything is in working order. There is a parking lot, albeit a small one, for 12-14 cars. Breakfasts are normal, they offer an omelet or scrambled eggs on the spot, everything else is on the tables. Personally, I can recommend staying here, maybe without frills, but quiet and comfortable.

Well, of course it's not four stars, but overall very nothing. The rooms are large, the lift, however, no bar and the lobby too. The staff is great, the location is in the center.
