Great hotel, rooms are spacious and clean, housekeeping every day, I liked that the room rate includes access to the SPA: Turkish and Finnish bath, pool, gym which by the way is open around the clock. Good restaurant. The staff is very polite. In General, I advise everyone.

Nice hotel, the level is better than Merkur. At the price below. Tuesday-Thursday in the lobby playing jazz. Saturday jazz concerts. There is a Parking. Not a bad Spa.

Arriving with the children in honey.facility located opposite the hotel, was stupid enough to leave the car near the hotel.Staff RAMADy react instantly call a tow truck. Coming out of the diagnostic center to move, it is not found.Had three small children to go to the garage,then GAI,then back to the garage,since documents and wallet left in the car.... In the end free procedure stood a pretty penny....and of course this day was not done,because it was wound around the city,took away the car.Did not get to another doctor elsewhere.Thanks to the staff of the hotel, well, work.The case you put them on stream,today watched as the tow truck picks up someone else's car...Terribly inconvenient place there,there is nowhere to Park,all Parking for employees only honey.companies.

Ordered two Latte at the bar on the ground floor and asked to pour into my glass with a volume of 500ml with me. 1 Cup 250 ml costs 250 rubles. In the end, gave 500 rubles just for the garbage. The first comment is disgusting grain Nescafe for the price. The second is the volume, the result was one-third less than was stated, and all because the Barista doesn't know the difference between Latte and cappuccino and believes that it's the same drink just kicked my ass a bunch of milk foam. Summary: not possible to drink that coffee's terrible, absolutely does not match its price in quality, and in the stated amount, the Barista very rude. Ps. It is definitely a hotel, not a coffee shop. But if the service and attitude towards their customers downstairs in the bar, there is no desire to stay and rent a room.

The hotel chain "Ramada" is usually very encouraging. But in Rostov-on-don managers of the hotel were not warned of the withdrawal of the reservation, called and face the fact that reservation was removed and there are no rooms, although in other hotels I called and asked about the race.The race night was planned, booked for the week. It is not like that attitude.
