Cozy despite the location. There is a swimming pool and spa, which is free and very pleasing. The staff is friendly, cleanliness and beauty all around.

Great place, rooms in a bohemian interior. I stay here all the time. Friendly administrators and restaurant staff, always polite. The spa complex is the best in Rostov, the pool is warm, the jacuzzi is just fire! I catch myself thinking that I want to live here for a week or two)

Well, the spa hotel is the bomb! You leave the room in a bathrobe and take the elevator to the spa area. It's clean there! And for fun. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the spa is open from 9 to 21 and at 9.00 the saunas are still cold, and at 20.00 they can be turned off. I didn't like the whole kitchen, but everything was on the level.

Hello everybody. We were here February 20, 2020. Everything was great: few people, unobtrusive background music, excellent attention from the waiter (Kirill) and most importantly - very tasty. I was surprised when the tomatoes had a taste and smell - obviously not from Auchan. The food and the quality of the food was very impressive. As for prices, for four (two adult couples) a little more than 12,000 came out: three cuts - from vegetables, cheese and pickles; two servings of marbled beef, two salads, two servings of mussels, pike perch, 400 grams of vodka, five mugs of beer (light unfiltered, I really liked it as a beer gourmet), 100 grams of Martini, a liter of juice and one dessert with tea. Were very satisfied, great! Thank you!

Lovely hotel, comfortable, spacious and bright rooms. Pool and spa in the basement. There is parking on site. A very good restaurant with European cuisine plus dishes on the grill, on a real grill.

We stayed at the hotel on our way south. I really liked the attitude of the staff, friendly, ready to help with any questions. The room was comfortable and there were no issues. It's a pity they were during the epidemic. restrictions, could not assess the possibilities of the restaurant. Breakfast was at a local cafe, everyone liked it.

For us, the main criterion was silence and comfort, we got it, blackout curtains on the windows helped to sleep with the child, he slept very soundly after the pool on a new snow-white mattress, cheerfully ran along the soft carpet and it was convenient for the baby to wash her ass in a bidet, a very convenient faucet, usually this detail is worth a tick. In reality, the cabinets look very cool, so as not to be scared, just open the doors at night)) minus only as room cleaning and the children's table by the high chair in the restaurant is very dusty, but we always have napkins for this case. The room has everything and everything is in working order. The main thing is silence and tranquility, both in the hotel and calmness from the staff, and this is very relaxing. First and foremost, it's a 4 star hotel from the USSR days not 2021. So don't expect Crowne Plaza.That said it's OK for the money. Lumpy bed though.
