Easy access to Highway M5 Room, carpet, toilet was clean, very pleasant the staff was polite & helpful

We come here often, we love it for its simple and high-quality design, excellent baths and restaurants. Of the minuses - there is no loyalty program for regular customers. Lately, the cleaning has not been great.

Very nice park for walking in a pine forest. Beautiful buildings in the Russian style, a lot of statues on a fairy-tale theme. There is a small zoo with the opportunity to feed the animals

Although there is a large water park nearby, as an option to go there (we took this hotel because there were no free rooms in the hotel at the water park)

Very cool place! Free skating rink, there is a rental of skates, supports for skating and cheesecakes. After skiing, you can warm up in the restaurant, I really liked the cuisine! And the kids menu is decent

The water Park is spacious,light,chlorine in water in normal( I have allergies,but no comments!)The staff are all friendly, all facilities rental available!On the Ferris wheel-even a great view!And,again,again,helpful people( air conditioning adjust,ask))

New resort, hotel & apartments 10 km outside Ryazan city (200 km from Moscow). Good restaurants and tasty food. Nice big waterpark in 300 meters.

In the center of old city. Can go to the interesting places just by foot. Everything was good. Just the AC was noisy.

A nice, large hotel in the city center, right next to the very interesting pedestrian street of Pochtovaya Street. Breakfast is decent (with champagne). There's a choice of rooms.

The hotel style is relatively modern, next to a large street park, the internal and external environment is very good; the breakfast is very rich, especially the fried mushrooms are great, a variety of drinks and meals, the front desk English is good, and the service is also very good👏👏

There are several cafes and restaurants on site, we were in the Naples pizzeria (if you booked on the hotel website, you get a whole Margherita pizza as a gift), the pizza is delicious, really! I highly recommend it to those who love it

My mother and I visited the sanatorium in March and found a real Russian winter with frosts. There is a nunnery near the sanatorium, a skating rink operated on the territory in winter, a slide was made

Here my mother rested and was treated. She lived in a two-room suite. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The room has 2 TVs, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, towels, bathrobes and detergents

I visited the pool, there is also a Russian bath, a Finnish bath and a hammam. All this is in the complex, you can swim and steam in an hour. Everything is clean, tidy. Friendly and qualified staff.
