Conveniently located, from the point of view of the airport, if asked to be accommodated in the "quieter and higher" room where I lived, the air conditioning system is very well designed. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, breakfasts are average, but generally adequate food. The room is clean.
Stayed a few nights. It is very cold in the suite at -27. Even the provided heater could not cope and had to sleep in a bathrobe. The mattress, pillows and all bedding are made of very cheap fabrics, unpleasant to the body. The sink worked very badly in the bathroom. Disposable supplies and soaps were provided only once. And it didn't even last until the end of the stay. Bottled water is the same...
Modest, cheap, but clean and very attentive and pleasant staff!

Near the hotel there is nowhere to go. Next to nothing. Far from the center. The kitchen is not very. Small rooms.

Nice hotel. Heard neighbors. The room has a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, shaving accessories, toothpaste and brush, 20 TV channels, free parking, delicious breakfasts. In general, the pros outweigh the cons.
We booked a comfort double room with a private entrance. On the website, this room has some photos (to be more precise, the same as the comfort of a double room with a separate entrance New). We've been visiting this place since 2012! The last visit took place on August 5, 2021. Unfortunately, the quality of service falls. Two trainees were not able to serve the table for 5 people in a quality manner. They brought tea without spoons and sugar and only 3 cups, the serving of dishes was accompanied by requests to bring the devices, after the completion of the meal a mountain of empty dishes...

I will try on the merits. Lived on a business trip. + the staff is polite, the room is decent, the price of accommodation is adequate, you can include dinner (prices in the restaurant are restaurant) - the restaurant is a summer veranda, if your room is on the side of the restaurant, then you will definitely not fall asleep until 00:30, breakfast is simple.

One of the best hotels. The hotel itself is not big, but very cozy and comfortable. The rooms offer gorgeous views. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. On the territory there is a lobby, parking, a bathhouse. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the food is delicious.
It seems great, but there are 2 depressing BUTs! The first is the beach, which, in fact, does not exist. Shoot along some Narikov path (and it was such) to the beach, which is 3 km away.
