Inter Hotel in Samara

We booked a comfort double room with a private entrance. On the website, this room has some photos (to be more precise, the same as the comfort of a double room with a separate entrance New). But in fact, we were moved to a different room, much worse and clearly different from the one on the site. In general, the room in which we lived is clean, BUT it is very cold there, because from time to time they turn off the boiler (the admin said that it turns off for 20 minutes and that's it). In fact, it turned off about every 3 hours for an hour and a half, and in the evening, at 9-10 hours, it was turned off for a long time, we froze. And in the morning we woke up from the fact that we heard that something was dripping. As a result, we saw the following picture in the photo. Then we already put a glass so that it dripped into it, and it was not so audible. And also poor insulation. We came across "slega" noisy neighbors, because of which it was difficult to sleep. It is clear that the holidays and people celebrated, but listening to their conversations is not comme il faut. And on the basement floor or next to somewhere behind another stkinka there is a bathhouse and there, too, someone was very noisy to note something, but fortunately it was young people and they turned on normal music 😀 I'm not saying that the whole hotel is now bad, but this particular room did not like it, it was not comfortable to be there

It's ok for it's price, rooms are big and quite comfortable, but service is not that good - they not even making bad on a daily basis.
