Dubki Hotel in Samara

Near the hotel there is nowhere to go. Next to nothing. Far from the center. The kitchen is not very. Small rooms.

Stayed a few nights.
It is very cold in the suite at -27. Even the provided heater could not cope and had to sleep in a bathrobe.

The mattress, pillows and all bedding are made of very cheap fabrics, unpleasant to the body.

The sink worked very badly in the bathroom.
Disposable supplies and soaps were provided only once. And it didn't even last until the end of the stay. Bottled water is the same story.

The room had cracks on the walls and lacked a bar.
Samara is famous for its beer. Why not add it to your room? The guest is pleased and the hotel earns a little.

The breakfast buffet is the most common. The omelet is tasteless with a dry crust.

I find it completely unacceptable to hear dissatisfaction from the staff about the fact that the guests have stomped and are planning conferences with a large number of guests soon.

The overall impression after the stay was 3 points out of 5. If necessary, I will return, it will be possible to consider something else.

Nice and comfortable stay here , only thing is house keeping is bit late and drinking water arrived late too on the floor
