This place is simply amazing! The hotel is gorgeous; we stayed from October 4th to October 6th. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. They even gave us a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The hotel itself is very clean and stylish, and the room was wonderful, with a small balcony. We were given a room with a forest view at no extra charge. The hotel grounds are small but very well-maintained. We also had a massage, which we really enjoyed and highly recommend. Breakfast is included in the price, served buffet-style. They are good, with a wide variety for both adults and children. We also went to the Vershina restaurant and were disappointed. The prices were high, but the food wasn't tasty... but I didn't take off a star because everything else was top-notch. The weather outside was cold, but the room was consistently 30 degrees Celsius, which is a big plus for me. There's a forest nearby, and we also went for walks there. I highly recommend this place!

Great place. Good, spacious rooms. There is a small water park on site. Very good aqua zone, swimming pool and 4 different saunas and baths. We really enjoyed. We'll come again.

Everything is great! The rooms are excellent, the bath complex corresponds, the pool too. I liked everything. The buffet breakfast is more than varied and delicious. I don’t know who writes there that the breakfast is not the same, the rooms are bad. We were all great! I liked it very much. We will return here. And in the summer there is also a water park!

A great place for a family vacation, and for a birthday party, for example, a fun company. We used the services of the pool. there are several types of saunas, cold water fonts and hydromassage pools. You will rest not only with your soul, but also with your body!!! I recommend

We traveled with three children: 8 years old and twins - 2 years old. We stayed in a three-room suite. The room is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful serving at the Vershina restaurant. Tasty. Monday special offer for grill menu - 30% discount. The buffet is quite acceptable. Well-groomed area. Friendly staff. Of the minuses: the Internet does not work well, they do not show well from cable TV: the first channel, NTV, carousel and other channels are buggy. The bathroom is not perfect - the water in the flush barrel does not stop the first time, the furniture in the bathroom has cracks. You need to be reminded about changing hygiene items after cleaning. The hotel has an aquathermal zone - small ones cannot swim in the large pool, only in the jacuzzi. There are 2 of them. The water in the pool is 26 degrees. Hamam and aroma steam room are treated every 4 hours, the duration of treatment is 30 minutes. Therefore, those people who come for 1.5 hours to relax in the aquaspa are indignant. Aqualand is located separately on the territory. Rest with the whole family is not convenient. The children's pool is located far from the adult. Adults are not allowed for children. They follow strictly. My son is 8 years old - you can’t go to the water park, only from 10 years old. You must carefully read the instructions for age and height restrictions. In general, the impressions about the rest are pleasant.

Vacationing with my husband. The rooms are very good. The thermal zone is beautiful) where we rested a lot. Certainly not chic shine beauty, but very worthy. We are the only place in the city with such a complex of services. The breakfast is very varied. Food for every taste and age. Great room, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spa complex deserves special praise. A large area, there are locker rooms, many zones that even with a large load there is enough space for all guests. The breakfast is well thought out, there is a choice and assortment. But the coffee machine is a problem. She alone collects a huge queue and, like a capricious lady, she constantly lacks something, either water or milk. You have to find staff. Overall, a great, comfortable hotel for a comfortable stay. I recommend

Beautiful houses in the style of alpine chalets, located in the forest, within the city, which is very convenient! Very beautiful area, green grass, flowers, Christmas trees ... A house with a huge veranda with a table and benches, a barbecue nearby, everything is very convenient. We rested in a one-story house, there are three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and toilet rooms, everything is new and modern. There is everything you need for comfort and relaxation - air conditioners, refrigerator, stove, dishes, electric kettle, microwave oven, toiletries, towels. An ideal place for family holidays and relaxation!

Excellent holiday complex. Don't forget your swimwear, there is a great spa area. Breakfast is a standard small Swedish line, but everything you need is there (porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes). The rooms are comfortable, warm, and the duvets and pillows are decent. There are toothbrushes, slippers and bathrobes. Come, the rest will be comfortable.
