The location is superb and that's all that can be said for the good.
The rooms smell of sewage, the window in the room was open all the time and still there was a smell.
Don't take breakfast. No dining room, they give a coupon for 200 rubles, you pay extra for the rest. I do not recommend it.

This is not the first time we have been resting at the Park Hotel. Very convenient location. Responsive and polite staff. They will always do whatever you ask. Quite a variety of delicious breakfasts. They give out coupons for each person, and there is always even an unused amount left, we take into account water or juices. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
The rooms are quite comfortable, but their cleaning raises questions. All the troubles were promptly corrected, but they were, therefore, 4 stars. For everything else so far 5, they settled us at an inopportune time, for extra. Payment, we did not have to sit in the car, it pleases. Breakfasts are included in the price, quite tasty and satisfying. (from 8 to 11 in the morning) they went to meet us and waited with breakfast, since we were after the night crossing and slept through it.

Then it turned out that at 8 the previous time was over, they asked to postpone it to 8-20, supposedly to get out, well, ok, we came at 8-20, and found a completely uncleaned sauna, and we were told to wait another 15 minutes. I realized they took a fee from the previous company for one more hour, but didn't bother to notify the next clients (us). We left not salty. It is unpleasant to be deceived, while no one apologized and did not compensate us in any way for the lack of the ordered service. I think this attitude is complete swinishness on the part of the management and staff of this BAD hotel.

A very cozy hotel with excellent staff, as well as a delicious dining room and a medical and cosmetic complex! In addition, there is a good location in the city center. All this makes the Park Hotel a pearl of recreation and health in Kislovodsk!
Nice place, everything is very close, within walking distance of the hotel are pleasant. Of the minuses Breakfast, other meals, lunch and dinner are expensive.
Convenient location (walking distance to all sights of the city and the railway station), we have been resting in Kislovodsk for several years, so there is something to compare with. The staff is polite, you can always find an employee at the reception, which is very nice. And even if there are any questions, they try to solve them as soon as possible. There are rooms of different categories, including those with balconies. We lived on the fifth floor (when choosing rooms there, keep in mind that the windows there are non-standard, but we are used to it 😉). The furniture in the rooms is fairly new, solid beds and a good mattress. A big plus is the presence of an elevator. There is a closed free parking on site. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, as well as every morning they give tea, coffee to the room (there is no cooler, but there is a kettle). There is a medical center on the basement floor (you can do narzan baths and underwater showers and other procedures). The hotel has its own dining room (it’s temporarily closed, it’s a pity), guests don’t even need to go outside. You can also book excursions at the reception. In general, the hotel fully justifies its 4 stars.
Terrible hotel. The standard room is small, the feeling that you're in a box what is. All of which is stale, shabby. A normal restaurant with a decent kitchen. Is "restaurant", functioning as a dining room. Would not recommend
The location was excellent. The rooms are so-so. Room 405 -"Junior" does not match this concept perfectly, and pulls to make on the economy. The room is small, old furniture inferior. But fairly clean, if not pay attention to the trampled corvini. Breakfast is not very. But the LOCATION bespodobnoe.

This is not a pub, and certainly not a Viking. On March 8, the hall on the first floor was closed, and some kind of terrible disc player was playing on the second. As a bar for gopota - it is quite possible. As a pub, no, not even close.
