The first time we arrived at this hotel, we were impressed, I liked everything. Two weeks later, we stopped here, we were settled in the same room, but. There was no refrigerator and no dental supplies were put in

I have never been so pleased with a hotel. They gave me everything I needed, and what was not enough could be ordered. also fed would have been just a bomb. PS The backyard doesn't suit all the chic of the hotel

Simple, quite and overall cute hotel in the middle of Mineralny Vody. Helpful and friendly staff. There's a restaurant downstairs. Great breakfast.

Helpful staff and comfortable rooms!

Everything was almost good except climate control. Cold air keep blowing on the face.

I liked it very much! At first I thought that we would end up in some kind of hostel, but it turned out to be different. Fresh, well renovated, clean crisp sheets and towels, as well as all accessories

Thanks to the staff, this hospitable hotel. Everything is very clean, friendly staff. This was not a reason for refusing to check in. Also very close to the airport

Great attitude towards guests - "like family". Rooms are very clean, linen is fresh, towels are soft. The hotel is small, cozy and comfortable

The feeling on a trip that you are visiting is, alas, not so often and is worth a lot. So this hotel gave us this feeling

We left early in the morning by taxi to the airport, the journey took 15 minutes and cost 144 rubles

Nice rooms and the friendliest staff you'll ever find. The beds aren't too comfy, but there's free breakfast! Has AC, TV, and fridge. Patting on the street. Cheaper price online than walk-in.

Free breakfast, kitchen, double rooms, WiFi, shared bathrooms (only place that could be improved upon, but its far from horrible, so don’t judge too hardly) Located next the the market alley where you can get your hands on anything from home made cheese, fresh bread and clear fuel for your liquid fuel stove if you’re going hiking

As far as hostels and value for money go, this place is golden. The staff does not speak English but they know the drill and uses Google translate to make arrangements

Nice place to stay: a hostel with only 2 single-level beds in a room. Equipped with a kitchen, cafeteria and a lounge. Well renovated, but not fancy.

Was in a Junior Suite room. Nice room, lacking only a split system and plastic Windows. Noisy from the road. Well, with my height 195 cm wanted the bed for more. The staff at the highest level. The prices are adequate.

Minus the bed with kicks , leg cannot be straightened when a large growth.See the room before check-in.

This is not the first time I stay here and everything is always excellent, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious and nutritious breakfast, very convenient location, near the bus station and airport, many shops, so I advise everyone, the hotel is no frills, but very worthy and not expensive

Islan grand house Mineralnye Vodide is a nice and affordable hotel, friendly staff provides instant service, breakfast service was good, hot rooms have hygienic shower and sink, I recommend it...

I would recommend staying here 😁 Going off topic we did some hiking in the local hills and there are absolutely loads of fruit growing wild. Apples, peaches, plums cherries blueberrues ect

Brilliant little hostel to stay in. The owners/staff are very friendly and will try and help you as much as they can but unfortunately they don't speak English

The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in our room was awesome! It is extremely clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen

Clean, tidy, there is everything you need. Very positive and friendly owner. Recommend.
