Nautilus Hotel in Pyatigorsk

Had 4 nights in March 2021. Checked in a room overlooking Mashuk Mountain and a busy street with trams. So it's very noisy. On the other side of the hotel there is a factory and a railway. I am writing about this on purpose, because Earlier, when I read the reviews, I didn’t see it, unfortunately .. The furniture is new in the room, there is a refrigerator, flat TV, chair. There is no kettle, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. It is inconvenient to undress, because the wardrobe is in the room, there is little space in the corridor. Important for someone: the shower is very high! I think that not all elderly people are able to climb into it and then get out without assistance. There is no hair dryer. They give out disposable soap and shampoo in sachets. The reception staff are very friendly. The hotel has a good and inexpensive cafe, you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner. I myself will no longer go to this hotel, I will look for a quieter place. Although by tram you can reach almost anywhere in Pyatigorsk.

Very tasty inexpensive cafes, small room, cozy, clean, has a separate room for Smoking!
Hot water, heating, good WiFi signal.
Close to trams in all directions of the city.
Cons - the cafe is allowed to smoke, breathe!
Poor soundproofing from the corridor hear everything! Not very comfortable mattress got a spring stuck into the sides.
Not counting minor issues everything was fine!
