On the territory of the hotel there is secured closed and open parking. The hotel staff is polite, all issues were resolved instantly. The photos of the rooms on the hotel's website coincide by 95% (the furniture upholstery may differ). The room has everything you need, except for an iron and an ironing board (it doesn't matter for me, I had a travel steamer with me). The room is clean, the room is cleaned at your request. The bed is clean, without stains and foreign odors. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for relaxing after long sightseeing tours. The audibility in the rooms is like in an ordinary panel house, but that didn’t bother me. There is no smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridor, smoking in specially designated areas, smoking is prohibited in the rooms. There is also a water cooler in the corridor, but it looks like it is connected to ordinary tap water, we did not drink it, we bought bottled water. From now on we will only stop here!

Rooms are large and clean. Plumbing and linen are decent. There is still audibility from the road, even though the windows are decent.

I highly recommend the hotel !!! Excellent staff, everything is clean, they keep order. The room clearly corresponded to the descriptions on the hotel websites. Convenient parking. There is a possibility - take a room with breakfast included.
If we visit Pyatigorsk again, we will definitely stop here! Thanks for the hospitality!!!
