I totally enjoyed my 2 weeks at Dubovaya Roshcha. I'm American, and we just don't have places like this in America for average people to go to. They are only for the super rich. This was a treat and an experience I never thought I would have. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Some of the food was rather bland but good, but very well prepared and healthy. The facilities were excellent. The staff was very nice, professional, and skilled. Everyone was very patient with me and my poor Russian language skills. My companion was native Russian and she helped when she could but we were not always together. On the weekends we explored the greater area: Essentuki, Pyatigorsk, Kislovodsk, with an excursion to Nalchik and the Waterfalls of Chegem. The whole area is beautiful. I highly recommend.
This one is not 4 stars, far from four. Room cleaning is so-so. Food is rarely eaten hot. Territory launched. The treatment is amazing, amazing.
I didn't like the oak grove very much. The staff is "sharpened" on serving clients from the APR and around this whole "circle", the restaurant is poor, everything else is 4 with a big minus. There is no desire to go there again.
The rest is great. Very good procedures - mud and baths. Empathetic staff. Diet and varied food (I understand that it sounds ridiculous, but it is) while everything is very tasty. The only thing that upset was the construction site, it was very noisy during the day.
Well rested, friendly and professional staff. Baths for every taste, we liked the mineral, faithful shower, and mud applications. We will definitely come back here again. Were treated and rested perfectly. Birds sing in the morning, which additionally relaxes for those who come from megacities.
