Perfect place!!! Nice view, nice room, clean and spacious))) the only drawback is a very steep turn on the way to the hotel. It takes skill to enter the parking lot. And four-wheel drive is desirable

We really liked the guest house, great location, near the city center, resort park. The helpful owners met us late in the evening, the room was very cozy and comfortable.

Close to the springs and the resort park. good location and view from the window. Rooms and bathrooms need repairs. Without a heater in the rooms is cold

Very high quality, comfortable hotel. There is a swimming pool and spa for all guests. The room is clean, quality bathrobes, slippers, in general, the whole complimentary set. Thanks to the staff and owners of the hotel.

The interior is fully consistent with the name. Wonderful pool with different levels of the bottom, water massagers. Sauna and hammam are not included in the room rate. The restaurant serves delicious food

Nice hotel with nice rooms and stylish design. As a bonus, there is a swimming pool, but it is open until 20. But the sauna is paid, 2000 rubles per hour. There is a games room in the lobby

The hotel is located near the airport. There are several grocery stores nearby. The room is warm. Good sound insulation. The bathroom has everything you need. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

The sanatorium is after renovation, the room is very good, everything is new, the view from the windows is gorgeous. Mineral water right in the lobby, the food is quite without frills, but no heartburn, no indigestion

For hikers, there is a 5 km old road to Zheleznovodsk through the forest. There is a pond, places to rest. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers. Old furniture in rooms, but clean. There is an LCD TV, refrigerator

Now the sanatorium is under renovation. But already quite pleasant impressions left. Water "Novoterskaya healing" is supplied from a well through a mineral pipeline, the pump room is right in the hall

I totally enjoyed my 2 weeks at Dubovaya Roshcha. I'm American, and we just don't have places like this in America for average people to go to. They are only for the super rich

Well rested, friendly and professional staff. Baths for every taste, we liked the mineral, faithful shower, and mud applications. We will definitely come back here again. Were treated and rested perfectly

This was a treat and an experience I never thought I would have. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Some of the food was rather bland but good, but very well prepared and healthy

The facilities were excellent. The staff was very nice, professional, and skilled. Everyone was very patient with me and my poor Russian language skills

Very good procedures - mud and baths. Diet and varied food (I understand that it sounds ridiculous, but it is) while everything is very tasty

On the weekends we explored the greater area: Essentuki, Pyatigorsk, Kislovodsk, with an excursion to Nalchik and the Waterfalls of Chegem

My only regret about staying in this sanatorium - were here only a week :-) I liked everything: food, procedures, comfort in the room. If any questions arose, then polite staff would solve them quickly

If you do not have dietary restrictions, then the assortment becomes even wider :-) The sanatorium is located very well: on the one hand it is adjacent to the forest, and the facade faces the main street

I would especially like to note the catering in the sanatorium. After consulting a dietitian, you can choose the dishes suitable for yourself, and their number is surprising in variety

Very nice sanatorium, almost a boutique hotel with personalized service. All necessary procedures are in place ...

Very close to the spa park and train station - getting somewhere by public transport is not difficult
