We want to recognized the staff member named Nikita that went out of his way to make sure we received a better service than a 5 star hotel and he did accomplish it. We are so glad we chose Verona Hotel. I recommend this place. It is very clean, quiet, friendly, affordable, helpful staff and delicious food.
