+ The whole interior was suprisingly clean inside, the room was spacy, very clean and there was everything I needed - toilet, shower, kettle, fridge, everything working in perfect condition. Also the fact that you can check out at 12 which gives you some time in the morning to do shopping etc. The location just cannot not be any better. Bus 65 to the airport leaves just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I was totally 100% happy.
- The building looks quite shabby from the outside. That is the only reason why I put 8 for the overall impression.

- The hotel is old, no problem with that but the lack of maintenance and cleaning is terrible

+ The location of the hotel is close to the city center. Walking distance to Church on Blood/City hall. There is a big Perekryostok supermarket within 50m. The hotel looks like centuries old, give you like USSR style feel which is an interesting experience.
- The room is really small, also I have to share bathroom with 2 other rooms

I recommend the hotel. If you want to plunge into the times of the 90s, then this is for you. Cozy rooms with amenities. There are convenience rooms in the block, for three rooms. The staff is polite, friendly. Value for money, everything is at the highest level. It is located in the very center, in the evening you can take a walk in the park near the opera house. 10 minutes to the Plotinka embankment. I have been several times and will definitely come again.

The hotel has an incredible function, it brings you back to the Soviet Union! But the price that they give crosses out all its disadvantages. If your goal is only to spend the night in it, then this is definitely the best option.
