It was a very interesting experience! After a difficult night flight, I was first accommodated in someone else's room. Imagine the face of a guest who wakes up from my loud banging of the door at 3 am. I went downstairs and they changed my room, but instead of a double bed, there were two separate ones. I went down again and they gave me the room that I had booked, but .... the next day I had to leave for another city, I returned only at 4 am and I could not enter the room. After going down, the guard kindly helped me open the door, but there was a new sleeping guest! I thought I got the number wrong. I was driving all night and broke into someone else's room, I felt crazy. At the reception I was prompted by the number in which I was staying. I went up again, but it was not my number! And it's even more interesting that somewhere in all these rooms there are my things. It turned out that another person was in my room. We went to his room at 5 am and I took my things. I was settled alone in a room with two separate beds (???), explaining that the suite that was promised as a present is occupied and will be provided to me tomorrow. At 6 I just gave up and went to bed, but at 10 they knocked on me and after 4 hours of my sleep they presented me with coffee and a piece of cake. The suite was busy the next day. The end. I move often and throughout Russia, if you wanted to surprise, then I'll tell you unequivocally, I'm surprised.
