Modern design, beautiful but I found some minuses. Shower Curtain is dirty, there wasn't toilet paper, electricity was off for couple of hours. In general I am satisfied and I would certainly recommend it.

There are 2 options for the breakfast. consolidated menu or 2 single menus. I suggest to take the 2nd option for the meal(order 2 single menu) if you like starting the morning with full.(, which may be required for tourist :) - There is a Pizza shop in the first floor, so you can easily handle other meals. - Parking is safe and convenient. - Located besides the huge shopping center "Mega".

We stayed for a day - two adults and four children - in a three-room suite (two large double beds with high-quality mattresses and a sofa in the kitchen-living room).
Everything is fine: clean, without foreign odors (this is important to me), everything is in order: plumbing, furniture, electrical. I will only make a remark about the electric kettle (boil it with citric acid so that the scale disappears) and the balcony door does not close tightly (although, again, the necessary ventilation is carried out)))
Separately, I would like to note the friendliness and cordiality of the staff - thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a job!
I would recommend this hotel to my friends because the price-performance ratio is excellent.
To the center (to the Kazan Kremlin) 5 km. Within walking distance of the Mega shopping center. Nearby is a children's playground, shops, cafes.

The room is clean. Everything you need is there. The staff are friendly. I didn't take breakfast, I bought groceries in the store and warmed it up in the microwave in the room.
There are 11 trolley bus stops to the center. In the center of the buzz, and in the area of ​​the hotel is quiet and peaceful.

New hotel with apartments. Clean and quite cozy. All kitchen utensils are there, all new. Cleaned up well. The bar is good, beautiful atmosphere, pleasant music, well prepared, right author's cuisine. Only pleasant impressions of this place are left!
