A beautiful hostel - spotlessly clean, well maintained and with a genial staff who set the tone for all the guests in community building.

I've seen hotels which don't match up to the level of hospitality provided here.

The hostel is on the main street of Kazan, so it's very easy to walk to the major tourist destinations or the subway which is a 10 minute walk.

- I've booked a room at this hotel at the non-refundable rate. However due to unforseen circumstances had to move my move-in a week forward. Not only the hotel management was completely unhelpful when asked to change the move-in date, but an administrator Denis found it important to condescendingly educate me on the difference between the refundable and non-refundable rates.

The hostel is very well organized, it has a modern decor and it's designed with pods, so that everyone can have his own privacy. The rooms have everything you need: lockers, bedside lamp, a big mirror (they know girls' needs!). The whole hostel is super clean (you will see the cleaners a few times every day), the staff is very kind and helpful. You get a free big and yummy Russian breakfast from the cafe attached to the hostel, where you can have also other cheap, but again yummy meals.

This is an amazing hostel. Not only is it one of the cheapest places I've ever stayed at, it's one of the nicest too – the rooms were communal but had private spaces, the restaurant was well priced and had good food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and I ended up striking up such a great conversation with the receptionist that it almost made me late for my train! The hostel's location, cleanliness, and service cannot be beat. Hands down the best place I stayed at in Russia.

Awesome place, great people, my very first time to Kazan Oct 2016. We had the room with the private bath. Great spot for tourist. Perfect staff, very friendly and helpful. Would love to go again, highly recommend to any one.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in with THE BEST BREAKFAST ever. Also, location is perfect and the staff speaks good english. Totally recommend it.

Nice clean rooms. Beautiful place to stay. Polite staff, but not organized, the need to remind you of cleaning, lack of towels. Quiet and comfortable patio. Free Breakfast, but what is included in the Breakfast you have to ask about each dish (it would be correct to include in this Breakfast all meals in any quantity).
