Excellent hotel, stayed with my wife and child, everything is clean, pleasant. There is a small parking lot, convenient location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. Recommended nearby excellent cafe Matilda, very tasty food. Thanks to the administrator Diana.

A wonderful hotel, in spite of the fact that there are no stars, I can safely say better than many 3 * there are of course their own characteristics - there is no elevator, on the 4th floor on foot (forced sports) for older guests will be problematic. Showers and toilets are located in the common corridor. But everything is clean, tidy, the staff is extremely tactful and loyal.

I'll write briefly: booked for a day, stayed for three)))). Everything is super! A brand new, clean, stylish mini-hotel in the very center of Kazan. Administrator Daria is simply the BEST - she is both a friendly hostess and a guide and an interlocutor. We lived like at home. Thank you very much!!!

The hotel is super, opened in May 2021, located 10 minutes walk from the Kazan Kremlin and the metro, in a quiet place on the attic floor (4th floor, no lift), there is free parking. Design space, Scandinavian style, but most importantly, perfect cleanliness and freshness everywhere, special thanks to the maids! The family room has a living area with a sofa and TV, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a tea group, a sleeping area with a large bed and white linens (by the way, everything from your favorite IKEA). Toilets and showers for common use, 4 booths in each, there is a washing machine The staff are super polite nice girls! All liked it!!! Wishes for the hotel - to install shelves in the shower, blinds on the roof window are desirable. I recommend this place!
