The hotel and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks english. But it was okay to communicate (with translater). The breakfast is nice. But the shower in our room was horrible! To regulate the temperature was almost impossible, therefore we had to shower cold, because otherwise you burn yourself...

Excellent hotel. Service at the level, friendly staff, warm welcome. Good kitchen. Nice rooms. City center. There is the possibility of holding business meetings and seminars. There is a comfortable conference room.

Nice hotel.were there in the spring of 2016.double room good,meals only Breakfast food but get there early enough for Breakfast.the food is buffet of cereal,salads,pancakes,sausages,muesli.you can go to a business lunch in Kazan in the Cafe the price is more expensive,so you can eat in the hotel Café.buses run close by,the taxi arrives without problems.celebrities seen Sergey Nikonenko, was there too.Thank you all.
