Where to stay in Kazan

Family-type hotel, cheap, with breakfast and within walking distance from the embankment. Clean and comfortable. If you want sophistication, then this is not the place for you. The value for money is excellent.

Small, cozy mini-hotel. You can go through the railway tracks and find yourself at the main railway station in Kazan. And from there it is not far from the main sight of the Kremlin. Breakfast is included in the morning. Usually it is oatmeal, cheese sandwiches, cookies, tea, coffee. Have been with my son twice already and always a warm welcome. Convenient parking for cars

Normal location: close to the train station and for walking into the centre. Exit from the territory on foot is not very comfortable, but for this price and this location you can suffer. The rooms are clean, bathroom is excellent, the staff helpful and attentive. For a budget stay great option

Good, inexpensive hotel, clean.Located next to the train. station. The centre is a 10-15 min. walk, you need to get the railway over the bridge. Or a taxi was 120 RUB.

I stayed in the hostel from 11 june till 30 june Through this period i noticed the rooms were clean mainly the whole hostel, the price was good. There was an entertainment room (piano, guitar, Playstation, tv , movies , books.....) and a grill in the garden i had a good time enjoying the BBQ with the admins and some of the guests. It was a good stay with a good price.

The 14-people mixed dormitory is efficiently organized, it preserves privacy, but a bit uncomfortable to me. There are better hostels for a cheaper price. Payment is only by cash. There is no living room to work, except a kitchen (not really suitable), a bench at the entrance to put off shoes, and two outdoor wood tables with benches (I used those). Familiar environment.

I loved the place for many reasons,the best reason is the private beds and location , in the center of the city ,but things I don't like the rest room close at 00:00 and the shower is one with with bathroom small and cold water (

Great hotel, especially for the money - 1200 rubles for a small room, 1500 for a large one. The cleanliness is perfect, the staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable, beautiful and pleasant. Definitely five out of five!

Very decent and friendly place

We had a really nice stay at Stereo-Hostel. The price of a double room was very cheap and one of the best value rooms we had in Russia. Friendly staff but somewhat lacking in English skills. The leafy area of the hostel is super nice: right next to a lovely park and local people are clearly wealthy and happy. Perhaps a 12-15 minute walk to the city centre.

Nice, quiet place. About Parking will not say, do not use. You can find quickly, the staff is friendly. Has a washer / dryer and iron. Each place a separate lamp (led light strip on the inner side) and the outlet. Charging quickly. 3 drawers for storage. One under the lower bed (for Luggage), the second - a separate Cabinet ( for hanging clothes) and the third at the end of the bed, in the same office...

A pleasant surprise was local, many showers, toilets, a washing machine, of the minuses - no place for drying clothes.

Near the railway station. There is a cafe, a bar and a grocery shops. The rooms are decent at this price.

the location is ok, but everyting else is very bad. Very dirty hostel, bad smell everywhere, and the bed I think is at least 10 years old!!! The bed is not usable!! Very tired and back hurts in an unimaginable way. The bathrooms are also dirty. All the pictures you are seeing are not true, obviously I am old pictures when the hotel was opened. Very dirty hostel. there is no service! :)

I like the location in city center and everything is on walking distance from railway station to Bauman street as it is in city center, Kremlin, museums, millimuem park etc, so this is the best place if someone want to stay outside whole day and night ans just come to hostel for changes.

This hostel is the best I have seen in Russia so far. The staff is helpful and they speak English. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quiet, and the location is very central. It is also a great place for guests to chill out during the day.

I overnighted here one night and it was a great choice. The hostel location in within walking meters of the main touristic street of Kazan (which is great). The staff is friendly and helpful. The installations are clean, they have lockers, you can leave your bags before and after check-in/out. The breakfast they offer is really good

My wife and I arrived in Kazan for personal reasons. All that was planned did not have time, so I decided to stay. In search of the hostel in a network across the Wings hostel, and loved it. Called, made a reservation for two, arrived... and not regret it ?. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, with good beds, nice, clean, pleasant scent linens and all the amenities. Slept quietly, and in the morning...

The reception service is terrible, he can't speak English and very unfriendly and rude! They don't allow the guest to use the kitchen and stay in the kitchen after 11:00pm, there is no salt for cooking, it's a nightmare live there! Please avoid this place everyone!

Very nice hostel. So very kindly attention, very close to the Kazan federal university and to the restaurants, commercial malls and tourist sites like Kazan Kremlin. Very clean an organized.

Great location. Near metro and bus station. 20mins easy walking to Kazan Kremlin. Clean toilets. Laundry and pantry are available.

Just perfect. Comfy beds with common spaces (living room and kitchen) with FREE washing machine. In the middle between Baumen Street and the riverside (Kamal Theatre). And friendly welcoming English-speaking staff. Cannot ask for more with this price.

I wanted to visit kazan for 3 days but I loved green point hostel too much so I i deciced to stay longer and i stayed for 4 days, everything is so good!! it was cleaned and host aunt was very nice, kind and understanding!!!❤️

A very beautiful place, and the air is so fresh that it seemed you could eat it with a spoon. The scent of the forest is indescribable.

Stayed 1 evening. A bit noisy due to the roadside location and the walls are thin but overall the room is good. The bed is comfortable, the curtains are tightly curtains, the kitchen and bathroom are clean, and there is no smell anywhere.

Have been there for 2 nights it's near the city centre and transport facilities are within easy reach from here.

The hostel is fine! Staff is friendly and welcoming! I had a stain on my sheet so be careful but everything else is alright!
