I think this is the best hotel I've ever been to in Russia. Well, the elevator is slow! Everything is just perfect and thoughtful. And even the prices for dinner are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Very good new hotel. Nice comfortable furniture and fixtures. Just what you need for a business trip for one or two nights. Convenient location. Yes, the airport is far away, but for that Kamaz itself is at hand. And this is very important for those who go to the car factory. Very good hotel! I recommend to all! Cozy, spacious rooms, there is always in the room: drinking water, tea and coffee sets, dental kit, shampoos. At the reception, nice, friendly girls on any issue can help or suggest. The restaurant is always fresh and varied food, you can always choose what to eat.

All the services, which were given as “included” in Ostrovok app, were actually payable. Especially sauna and steam rooms were extremely expensive. Even toothpaste and towels weren’t free. And they gave us a room, different from the pictures here. When we approached the service desk and showed them T&Cs at the app, they told us it a mistake and we still have to pay for all these services. Asked to...
