Best Business hotel in Chelny, ucomplicated communication with staff in english. Clean rooms, in the upper floors also with sufficient space. The Restaurant seems noble, though there are much better places for dinner outside.
Remark: slowest elevator in human history to be tanken into consideration, to be in time for appointments.

Excellent hotel-spa. We stayed at the beginning of September. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the availability of bath accessories and their replenishment, clean robes and the availability of massage chairs on the floors. I think this is the best hotel I've ever been to in Russia. Well, the elevator is slow! Everything is just perfect and thoughtful. And even the prices for dinner are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Very good new hotel. Nice comfortable furniture and fixtures. Just what you need for a business trip for one or two nights. Convenient location. Yes, the airport is far away, but for that Kamaz itself is at hand. And this is very important for those who go to the car factory. Near a bunch of good restaurants and Deja Vu and Georgian stories and Cheese factory. Definitely recommend to stay
Very good hotel! I recommend to all! Cozy, spacious rooms, there is always in the room: drinking water, tea and coffee sets, dental kit, shampoos. At the reception, nice, friendly girls on any issue can help or suggest. The restaurant is always fresh and varied food, you can always choose what to eat.

Good morning everyone. This time I stayed at this hotel. Service at the front desk is prompt and courteous. The room is not big but clean. There are no hygiene kits. Very small bathroom. Only a corner washbasin and a small shower. The cafe was cold. I want to leave it as soon as possible, probably because there was no one in it in the evening. Well, some little things that do not have to sit in it...

Very expensive, neat and clean , but for this price rooms facilities could be better, bathroom is small, could use better sanitary.
I came here for the first time back in 2018, when I came to Naberezhnye Chelny on a business trip.
And today, July 9, 2021, I am again sitting at breakfast, which is included in the price of my room and eating vegetables that the chef brought me from her garden as a treat (for which special thanks to her)

I am satisfied.
Comfortable, not expensive, service is decent, not bad food. The staff is polite and responsive. Clean rooms. I recommend this hotel, a good combination of price and quality of services rendered.
