The hotel is perfectly located, on a tourist street, next to the Kremlin. The room is clean, tidy. Breakfasts: cereals, yogurt, gingerbread, fruit, tea, coffee. Very friendly, helpful staff

Overall the hotel is good:
1. The very center, everything is within walking distance
2. Rooms are clean, comfortable, sanitary ware / furniture is new, the TV is working, a kettle and tea mugs (tea, sugar, sweets) are included
3. There is a refrigerator in the room
4. Clean soft bedding - the child was given an extra pillow and blanket
5. Parking 44 meters from the hotel is free
6. Many restaurants for every taste and price tag around
7. Adjustable heating in the room
8. Towels, shower gel / shampoo / soap in the bathroom for each guest
9.Large full bed: 2 adults and a child of 10 years old easily fit
10. Breakfast can be served in the room.
Cons:
1. Poor soundproofing, you can really hear the neighbors)
2. Rubber covering in the room: at least there is not enough rug by the bed, it would be more comfortable
3. Breakfast is rather poor: one could offer at least 1 sandwich with butter / cheese / meat products - but it probably tastes and color, as they say) to eat muesli, yogurt, gingerbread and tangerine with coffee somehow did not work out especially to my two grown men)
In general, there are more pluses. The most important thing is that it is cozy, clean and comfortable, the rest is little things that will most likely be improved over time by the owners and staff.

I liked the hotel very much. Everything is within walking distance. We were with the child in a 2-bed room, breakfast was also given for him. Allowed to use their refrigerator. Friendly, kind staff. Everything is very cool! Hotel recommend

Stayed at this hotel for one night from November 13-14. It's good that in the end it was only for one night, because I originally planned for two.

I would not advise anyone to stop here. We heard everything the neighbors were doing - chatting, laughing, going to the toilet, coughing, and even turning on / off the lights. Upon our request to somehow help, the staff did not try to help in solving the problem. As a result, I managed to fall asleep only at 6 am, but only because the neighbors themselves decided to go to bed.

After visiting the hotel, I left an objective review on booking.com, putting 4 points out of 10, because the hotel also has advantages - it is nice, clean, comfortable, located in the very center, next to the pedestrian zone. Here I put 2 points, and I really want to put 1. Ok, I'll throw in a point for the location. Do you know why you want to lower your grade? Read on, it will be extremely curious.

Several hours passed, after we left the hotel, as a message came from the booking that, according to information from the hotel, we allegedly never arrived and did not stay with them. The fact is that before leaving at the reception, we were asked if we liked the hotel? We answered no, and explained why, and that we will definitely write a review. So, the hotel workers decided to take steps to prevent negative reviews from appearing.

The booking message asked if I really stayed at the hotel? I confirmed that yes. I was asked to provide a check. But I didn't have the check, I didn't take it. "We can only help you if you show a check," they write to me on the booking. "I don't need help, a promotional code, monetary compensation, just let there be a review so that other people know the true state of affairs," I respond.

The review has been published, communication with the booking has ceased, and what they can do, after the fight they do not wave their fists. And today I suddenly wanted to check if my review is still hanging. Fortunately, he did not disappear anywhere, but there was a response from the administration)) I quote:

"Upon arrival at our hotel, you were dissatisfied with absolutely everything, both the color of the building's facade and the fact that we do not serve lunch and dinner to the room. The administrator, at your request, resorted to you when you were first hot (lowered the temperature of the batteries), then cold (brought you another blanket), you called the reception at night, informed that you ran out of drinking water and that in the middle of the night you urgently need to change towels. All your wishes were fulfilled on demand. "

Do you know what's interesting? This is all an absolute slander) Lunches and dinners did not interest us, we came to spend the night calmly, and the next day to see the city. We were warm and comfortable and we did NOT ask to change the temperature)) We did NOT ask to change towels, bring a blanket, and did not complain that the water ran out. Why did the administration take this step? Make us crazy who can't please. Well, since they started it, I will list other disadvantages of the hotel that did not matter to us, but were noted by other guests in the reviews

- there is a rubberized floor on the floor, which is unpleasant for many to walk on
- musty scent in the bathroom, similar to mold
- the TV hangs crookedly in relation to the bed, not in the center, but to the left
- no breakfast - muesli, gingerbread, yogurt - the cheapest. Better go to a coffee shop for breakfast
- there is no sign, it is difficult to find the hotel - there is no own parking, and city parking is paid (100 rubles per hour, after 19:00 and free on weekends)
- the toothbrush is not issued
- the rooms are small - 16 sq.m., if you have suitcases - there is nowhere to place them, there is no closet.
- No refrigerator

And if I still haven't convinced you - go to the booking, bad noise insulation is mentioned quite often. Probably, other people were just lucky that their neighbors slept at night, so they are not so categorical in this matter. What will you do?
