Beautiful interior of the hotel. The rooms correspond to the declared categories. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, water and sugar every day. Accessories in the bathroom and towels are also changed every day. Soundproofing is 3 out of 5. Breakfast is generally not bad, there is a choice, but there is no coffee machine…

Cozy place in the center. All major attractions are nearby, within walking distance. Tasty breakfast. But the rooms are only deluxe, the standard is too small. Paid parking.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Going outside you can see the Kremlin :-) The room has all the amenities, we lived in a standard. Slippers, conditioner, soap, shampoo, etc. But there is nowhere to dry the washed things. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there is a smoking area in the courtyard where loud and funny people can gather. Then there will be no sleep. Breakfast is good but monotonous. Come!

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, very decent hotel. Everything is clean, linen of magnificent whiteness. Standard rooms (we were in it) are comfortable. Hotel in the center, very convenient. Polite staff. There is a small but... breakfast is good but monotonous. Too bad there is no buffet. If there was a little variety and you can choose what you want and not what they give, it’s just a pity not to eat what you don’t want or don’t eat.

Quiet, calm, comfortable, friendly. The room is quite small but has everything you need. Very clean and soulful. In a minute walk, pyaterochka, shopping centers, 5 minutes walk to the Kremlin. I would recommend to a friend.

Excellent hotel, service at altitude, location is the best! We took a suite. For the third adult in the room, the cot is absolutely useless. It turns over (the wheels are so close to each other that the cot is unstable, a person risks turning over along with the cot when turning on its side) There is no mattress on it. The fence was given a second foam mat, still not a solution to the problem. The comments were forwarded. The "Book of Complaints" was kindly provided. An additional room was provided for the night. But there was no water seal in the sewer, and the smell in the room was suffocating. If not these technical problems - wonderful hotel and staff

We stayed at the hotel for one night with a small child (07/29/2020). The room is great and quiet. We chose this hotel because a crib is provided free of charge (unlike some hotels in Tula, which charge money for a crib). I really liked the hotel - within walking distance of the Kremlin and the embankment. A cozy courtyard with a fountain and the sounds of singing birds :). There is an elevator to other floors, which is very convenient for children with strollers.

The location is gorgeous! The hotel is clean and fresh. Everything is perfectly groomed. Linen already creaks, snow-white! The standard room is very small in the attic, never lived in such small rooms. If you look for cons, then there are no bathrobes, sets with a toothbrush / paste. It’s not very interesting to have breakfast in a room made of plastic dishes, but this is probably a temporary phenomenon due to the pandemic
