Breakfast is beyond praise. Housekeeping is excellent. Underground parking for 300 rubles is nice, if only there was an elevator from it to the rooms/reception

Nice and nice hotel, big rooms. There are no guards on the windows, which is dangerous for staying with children. The spa, to put it mildly, is not very good, a small pool, a dirty, rude lady at the counter when visiting the Spa there is a bathhouse, but there is no light from the word at all and a hammam. Friendly and helpful room service staff. There was no hair balm in my room, apparently they forgot to put it in, everything was brought upon request. The location is great!

Just wonderful! And absolutely everything: perfect location, beautiful rooms, excellent food, highly qualified and very friendly staff. We met the new year there and are very, very satisfied) Thank you! Recommend. And we will definitely go there again.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have shower facilities. Very good breakfast, great choice. The only thing is that at night you can hear everything from passing vehicles, especially trams.

Stayed one night in Sk Royal Tula. Very fancy, 5 star Hotel, room was clean and service was perfect!

The most valuable thing is the location of the hotel! Nearby there is everything: the Kremlin, the embankment, the promenade, shops large and small, good places to eat. The hotel is wonderful, spacious, the staff are all friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds are luxurious. The bathroom is huge, next to the toilet there is even an emergency call to the reception. Standard rooms provide all the little things, there is even an iron and ironing board. From the 7th floor there is a good view of the Kremlin and the city. If lower, then the view is not very good. The breakfasts are wonderful, there is a table of healthy food: freshly squeezed juices, gluten-free cookies and a lot of other things. The only downside in my opinion is that it is expensive for me.
