The room is spacious, there is a TV (2 Disney channels and pregnant at 16). The furniture is chosen just to be, a certain style is not sustained, and it is located anyhow. (Perhaps the hotel is normal for Tver, but everything is relative, isn't it?)
Bathroom, here of course mdaaaa.
There was no holder for the shower in the shower room itself, but it was a little dirty, shabby and the door did not close completely. There is no floor heating, so we had to lay towels on the cold tiles. The sink and toilet are poorly cleaned. A cockroach was also found. Everything is fine at the reception.
The hotel has a restaurant. Not expensive, for those powerful portions that they offer, but the choice is not to say that there is something out of the ordinary.
The restaurant is not bad.

And even despite such a "useful bonus" from the hotel, it does not pull 4 stars.
1) location. The hotel is close to a car wash and tire service. In addition, all sorts of alcohol markets. Despite the fact that it itself has a restaurant, there is no regular store nearby. A bit far from the center.
2) check-in is at 2 o'clock. When we arrived it was quiet and peaceful. However, after a walk, when we came to the room at 7 o'clock it was terribly noisy, the floor was shaking. Music played until 10-11 o'clock, if not more.
3) the reception staff are polite and hospitable, but there was a not very pleasant situation during breakfast. In the evening, we specified the time by which breakfast would be prepared for us. We said that we would be comfortable by 09.30. We were literally 5 minutes late. Despite the fact that the hotel has few rooms, all the tables were occupied. We asked a staff member to lend us a tray so we could eat in the room, but there were no trays either. We stood for about 10 minutes, we couldn't even lay down food properly, as there weren't enough utensils. The employee said that the restaurant borrowed their dishes, including trays, for the holiday. That is, we arrived, breakfast was not ready, we could not be properly seated at the table, and we had to wait until 10 for us to eat normally, and then at the table with other vacationers. It was possible to organize somehow, since there were a lot of people at one time? Moreover, there was a schedule of when and which room in the hotel had breakfast.
4) I also agree with the other review. During our stay, the lights also went out, but everything was restored in just 10 minutes.
