This is bad. A bed with a dip in the middle is like a Mariinsky hollow, and in general the bed is 3 mattresses. A window to the sky would be nice if it is cleared of snow and ice, the window is ajar and blocked by snow and ice, there is a light breeze, but not cold. Bare walls of an incomprehensible color ... stools (this is the end).
Mini pluses kettle, sweets, water in a jug (not clear from where), clean bathroom, parking, kitchen utensils.
One plus is fast Wi-Fi, but 4G + works there too.

Small cozy hotel, very friendly staff, large private parking. Slippers, dental kits and other useful little things are given out free of charge. The room has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, good hot shower with gel and shampoo.
The downside is a very uncomfortable bed if you have a bad back. And also the audibility is enchanting - you can participate with the conversations of neighbors behind the wall or with people in the corridor. In winter, the rooms are very hot, you need to ventilate

Great location for a leisurely stroll to the center. Large parking, everything is in the rooms. The room is clean. The service is pleasant, they even give slippers. The coffee is also delicious. Were on a trip to four cities in four hotels of the same price category - the teremok is definitely head and shoulders above the rest.
