very friendly staff, accommodating to foreigners. I was travelling from the UK and felt very welcomed and assisted with issues I had. Great place to stay, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tver

I stayed there for three nights in August. Zvezda (which means "star" in Russian, by the way) is situated in the very heart of Tver', on the central and pedestrian Tryokhsvyatskaya Street

Some personal items I'd have liked to see were missing, but my requests were quickly met. They serve an open buffet breakfast offering a wide selection of foods. Everything was well-prepared and nicely arranged

The service was attentive and efficient. The Roof Bar at the top obviously employs an experienced chef too. So, I'd recommend that hotel to travellers. Albeit it's somewhat overpriced, to my mind

As to the property as such, I have no major complaints. I got the room I'd requested, which had the view of the backyard, was clean and modern, and had decent sound insulation

Thanks to all the staff for the atmosphere and comfort, pleasant, take care of their guests. The rooms are clean, the bed with pillows is amazing, just awesome

Lovely 4 stars hotel! Were 12/30/21-02. Excellent location! The staff is very helpful! The child was presented with a bag of sweets on NG - a trifle, but nice! A ginger cat lives in the hotel - cool, tame

There is a SPA (included in the price of accommodation) - a warm pool with a hammam and sauna

Cool hotel, great choice of dinner!!! I came back from work late, around 3am, ran in, changed, went to work, came back. Beauty, all the clothes I had scattered around were folded neatly, everything was on the shelves

The bathroom was also clean, the towels were a bit worn, but what can you do? The furniture in the room was also old, but I was more concerned about the cleanliness

There are warm blankets, which not every hotel can boast of) Breakfast also pleasantly surprised us. All food is fresh, tasty and, most importantly, a lot!)

Very cozy and comfortable hotel with an excellent restaurant! Rooms are small, but everything you need for a great stay is there! I would like to separately note the restaurant - I liked it very much, an excellent choice of dishes and a pleasant atmosphere!

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean. I liked our room very much, it's clean, comfortable, everything is at hand, a towel is enough, slippers are disposable, even a dental kit, shower gel, shampoo

Very good value for money hotel. I liked it. Clean, comfortable. We liked. Breakfasts are continental. Porridge, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Oh, and a snack buffet.

The hotel is nice, clean. The rooms are nice and even sauna I liked it. But here's the night that I was bitten. For mosquitoes late in the day, at night the street was +6, I'm afraid it was bed friends.

Everything is fine in my opinion, but in silence, especially at night you can hear howling ventilation. People with good hearing will find it difficult to fall asleep, I felt it, and then do not care.

Cheap, but I don't like it. The hotel is a real low-coster.

A very nice place, new and cosy

The hotel is close to a car wash and tire service. In addition, all sorts of alcohol markets. Despite the fact that it itself has a restaurant, there is no regular store nearby. When we arrived it was quiet and peaceful

We asked a staff member to lend us a tray so we could eat in the room, but there were no trays either. We stood for about 10 minutes, we couldn't even lay down food properly, as there weren't enough utensils

It was possible to organize somehow, since there were a lot of people at one time? Moreover, there was a schedule of when and which room in the hotel had breakfast. 4) I also agree with the other review

The maids clean every day, change towels and shower mats, report hygiene products, no complaints. The hotel is very quiet, no one bothers to rest. Breakfast buffet variety is very large. Very polite staff and security

Staying here for over 22 years. After the last reconstruction, everything has changed for the better

Not the first time we stay here. Service is excellent, hotel rooms are cozy, clean with everything you might need on the road. A huge plus that breakfast (Swedish table) is already included in the price

So everything here is excellent and we can say that it practically has no competitors in the vicinity of Tver in terms of quality. Of the minuses, just a small parking lot in front of the complex

It was not possible to skate on skates, the skating rink is not flooded. We ordered a house with a bath. The water in the mini-pool invigorates. A heated hot tub on the street is also valid

Great place to relax! Very beautiful and well maintained area. Went with family and everyone loved it. In winter, you can fish, ride snowmobiles and tubing, ride horses. I recommend to everyone.
