Excellent hotel and thermal spring. The water park is very crowded... But the organization is good. The massage in the SPA is not bad

All staff were friendly, although most couldn't speak English they were very warm and positive. The room was good and clean.

Very clean, staff is friendly. Standard breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor is included. Of the features, the rooms are very similar to rented apartments, very comfortable. The room has a bathroom, a toilet (separately), a TV, a kind of kitchen with a kettle, utensils and a microwave. The room has a balcony.

We were 2 times in Tyumen and stayed in this hotel twice. Transport interchange allows us to easily get to the hotel and safely leave the city. The hotel itself was apparently previously a small family, so 2 times we were allocated a room with a huge room where there was a bed and a sofa, as well as a kitchenette. The room is very spacious, bright, 2 windows. There is everything you need in the room...

In general, not bad, there is a contrast effect between the room at the entrance where you draw up papers and the building in which you are given a number. Did not like the smell in the bathroom, check the water seal. I liked the dining room with a bar on the ground floor. It’s scary to ride an elevator because of its design with Soviet counterweights. We arrived as a team. The water on the 8th floor barely runs, the second day they do not clean the room, although during the day I checked at the reception🙄 The rooms smell of old plumbing. The sink is very low. Lunch and dinner on the 1st day was delicious, the next times it got worse. Savings must know the limits. Overall: large rooms, well equipped.

Nice hotel, the room is a Studio apartment. Has everything for a comfortable stay. Confused only the building itself on the outside, but inside all is fine.
