Labirint Mini-Hotel

I don't like to write negative reviews, I thought for a long time whether to write this one. I decided to write, maybe it will save someone from my mistake.
I really needed to go to Gorokhovets, so I booked this hotel (there were no other options), hoping for a rating on booking and on Google maps. None of these are 7.4 or 4.
If it was possible to put a minus, it would definitely be.
From the pros:
- good facade of the building
- soulful people. But as you have long known, this is not a profession.
Facts:
Incredibly hot and stuffy, even an open window did not save. There is no air conditioner.
Shower in the basement, you have to go down the narrow and dark stairs. Iron fittings (holders, shelves) are all rusty. The shower head was broken and the water was running like a hose. Leaky plumbing. Curtains, tablecloths - all stained. In the room, the table was thoroughly beaten, with stains and stains, there was no mirror. There is no trash can either :) You can list further.

But the worst thing is the smell!
It smells like it used to smell in toilets on long-distance trains - on the lower floors of mold, everywhere the smell of cheap cleaning products, the smell of tobacco is absolutely omnipresent, dust.
And it's not just "smells" - it's a persistent "aroma", which is difficult to get used to.

It is strange to demand some special amenities from a budget room, but it can be elementary clean.
For example, in Nikola - Lenivets in the Kaluga region there are also more modest rooms, but it's nice to be in them.
