They were in the new building. Clean, comfortable! Shower, refrigerator, TV. Comfortable mattress. Everything is new! No kettle or air conditioner. May be completed). There is a guarded parking lot. Close to KFC, McDonald's, Lenta. Lenta has an inexpensive cafe.

In short: the neighbors' audibility was excellent, for example, the sound of water from the tap, breakfast was so-so, they signed a consent to the processing of personal data and a piece of paper with a QR code or PCR test, although they were not warned about this. It was necessary to pre-select food for breakfast besides what is offered on the buffet (and there is only hot porridge, no slicing, for example, no, in general, a meager selection. And coffee from the machine is available for an additional fee). In general, the value for money suffers. We do not recommend it.

We arrived in November, the room is very warm (neither cold nor hot - ideal) at t ° + 1 outside. The staff are friendly. We took the "family" studio, room 9. I liked the hotel very much, everything was calculated to the smallest detail. Lots of towels, pillows, slippers, hairdryer, dishes, many outlets, comfortable beds (you slept well). The only negative is good audibility, but we arrived on weekdays, so there were few people, and the neighbors were also quiet. Nearby there is a tape store, you can eat inexpensively, there is also ice cream 33 penguins in the same shopping center :) I will recommend the hotel, thanks for a wonderful stay! 🤗

The hotel is good. There are not enough air conditioners in the rooms. Last time at breakfast, cafeteria workers sold us coffee for 100, which was included in the price of breakfast. sediment left
