Pleasant rooms. At the reception girls are nice, everything I will explain will tell. In the restaurant, tasty cooked, nice ofitsianty.

Not very nice rooms. Took a Suite. In fact this is the standard for a good St. Petersburg hotel 3*. Breakfast is good for 4-ku solid. Included in St-th. They can be in the room if you overslept! Reception friendly enough. Instead of paid.Lux tried to instill in cheaper.Studio. 23.00 hot water barely warm. Air conditioning - the panels do not give. The rooms cold. On the street +14 rain, damp. Blankets small, even less than half.

Poor choice of meals for breakfast. Place needs a renovation. Lots of chinese tourists, which can make check-in or check-out timeconsuming

First, let me say the breakfast is amazing. With so many choices of food. Even though the rooms are cozy, they're pretty clean, bright, and the beds were amazingly comfortable.. the hot water is really hot, but if you are looking to take a nice soaking bath, this tub was about one foot to small, (I'm 5"4'). The elevators are extremely slow and you'll end up taking stairs, which for me was from the 13th floor and several times throughout the day. The staff are ok. But they do not go out of their way to be kind or helpful, even to those who are coming from a different country. It feels like they are more annoyed than glad to have us as their guest. It also seems to me that other guests, which are lots of kids that have no supervision, nor is there any intervention. These kids run up and down the stairs, they're loud, they push all the buttons in the elevators so it stops at each floor thinking it's funny, and this happened constantly. It's not a bad hotel, just not a 5 star.

Business room is actually average simple cramped room. Double bed is two beds stuck together. AC is not working. No welcome amenities. Breakfast and dinner are ok, nothing special. Parking is paid even for guests.
