I liked it very much! Large, clean, deep pool. Spacious hall. Two steam rooms: Finnish steam room and hammam. Designed for a large company. Two lounges. We celebrated a birthday, all the guests were satisfied. There was a gift from the institution - champagne.

It is very nice when you are kindly served! The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms, we were three of us, the room cost 2500 for three, plus breakfast for three is included in the room rate! Bonus-in hotel you can live with a dog) Remained under a pleasant impression!

Found this hotel quite by accident and .... it was right !! Very helpful administrator, clean comfortable room. Dinner was brought directly to the room. Large portions, we couldn't even finish. Breakfast in the cafe is very decent, you can choose. Everything was brought to my daughter's room)) very nice. And awesome cheese cakes !!!

Everything you need to relax, comfortable mattresses, cleanliness, water and hot water that flows well. In the morning breakfast, on request, can be postponed to 6 in the morning, breakfast is included in the price !!! Near the cafe, where they cook very tasty, ordered noodles (very tasty) can be ordered in the room without additional payment

The staff is polite, but:
1. I rented a suite, in which it was very dirty, a terrible shower room in which there is water every other time and barely runs, the drain does not work.
2. The breakfasts are not tasty, there is nothing to choose from, the reviews for the pancakes are amazing, they are not edible !!!
3. Terrible wi-fi, I did not catch LTE in the room, in some places 3G.
4. The price for the suite is unreasonably overpriced.
5. Plus to the administrator for prompt assistance in solving problems, and an ideal location (in the direction of Kursk, Belgorod)

And then the cons: the water in the pool is very cold, apparently they save on heating, the sauna is completely cold from the word! All watering cans in the shower are broken and spray from all the cracks, in all directions. No soap at all! Even in the toilet. I expressed these comments to the woman who served us. To which I received a report in a hysterically rude form turning into a cry that we did not pay for the steam room, And as it turned out, only a boor, bring your own soap if necessary. And she ended up saying that I didn’t invite you here at all, if you don’t like it, don’t go!
I ask the owner of the establishment to pay attention to this madam, I do not think that you need such workers.

I visited different rooms, it is always clean, comfortable, the staff is polite, you can order delicious food and drinks from a cafe, only karaoke and something else interesting ... at least in an expensive room, for example, a massage chair, etc.))
