Nice 2-level room. Until 22:40 there was no hot water. 40 minutes later it was over again. As a result, the children washed themselves in normal water, the parents got ice water. There is also no hot water in the morning.
The folding chair is sagging, it is impossible to sleep.

The cost of the room is 3100₽/day!!! From the pros: spacious room with a good and new renovation, large bed, soft and comfortable mattress, slept great! Breakfast is included in the price, there are no questions to it. Of the minuses: for 3 days they didn’t clean it even once, they changed towels (they didn’t bring a full set, one of the towels was stained !!!); when they told the administrator that the towel was dirty, the answer was: “okay, we’ll replace it”, they did a favor , Thanks! the shower does not close completely, that is, the floor will be damp! During the day, the guests are unlikely to rest, as repair work is underway and by calling the reception the answer is: “well, what is it? Does it bother you?" Be attentive to your guests! Treat your work the way you want to be treated!!!

The room is small, there is no mosquito net on the window, it is not clear when the air conditioning filters were changed, because. smell of dust. mirror only in the bathroom, uncomfortable shower, no hooks for clothes and things. the kitchen is not bad, but you have to pay for each piece of bread (we had a room with breakfast) June 2021

Was in a restaurant, I liked the fast service, friendly staff. Delicious dishes, there was an opportunity to pre-order so as not to wait for the cooking time. In general, I was at the event and there was also an entertainment program and a photo zone.

The restaurant is very comfortable: spacious and guarded parking, there is a separate wardrobe, a hall with comfortable sofas, clean and tidy everywhere. One large hall divided into two separate zones flowing from classical to modern styles, a fairly large, very beautifully designed dance floor. The food is delicious, the menu is very flexible, the staff is very polite! In general, I advise!

For this price, certainly not bad. I did not like two things - the road, passing under the Windows and a terrible shower. Well, very surprised by the switch of the light! Which designer had the mind to do it at this altitude?!!!

The location is convenient enough for a car trip, the hotel has two buildings, the rooms are clean and well, freshly renovated. Breakfast was also delicious, you can take it to your room. The windows cannot be opened, the towel was only for hands, there were no slippers, and the floor was cold. We did not find the remote control for the TV, but the phone controls and shows many channels. The staff is polite. Good place to stay in Yaroslavl.
