Guest Houses in Southern and Eastern Serbia

I'd say this is the only place to stay in Niška Banja. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is truly excellent. The chicken burgers at the restaurant were surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend them.

We have a good accommodation in this hotel. The employee was very helpful and friendly especially with children. Their is many opportunities to shopping.

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

great destination - by the river - 3,5 km walk to down-town; great for running and exploring the city. it is peacfull. very friendly hosts.

this the second time I have stayed at the Villa, the staff are friendly and make you feel more like family. Meals are home cooked and nice. you are well taken care off and they are happy to help you out and make your stay in the local area pleasurable. J

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )

The place needs renovation. The room was clean and big ( room 3), with small sofa and chairs. There was balcony with table and chairs. The bed was big but it was next to the door. We could hear the neighbour snoring 🙄 . The bathroom was a bit cold, and flooding a bit from the shower. All in all an ok place...

Perfect place to spend the night when travelling to Greece, very close to the highway. The staff is super King, the breakfast is just what you need.

I used it as a stop for my roadtrip, convenient place to stay for a night. There is an outdoor parking place for the guests, and an ok breakfast.

It was 40 degrees outside and they had the aircon on for me set at 23 degrees when i walked in. This alone is enough for 5 stars. Room is great all in all.

Second time in the same hotel. Quiet location, close to the motorway and in short walking distance to the center of Vranje. This time we booked a triple room, that was very spacious for a couple.

The place is quiet, clean, beautiful spacious apartments, the owners are very kind and hospitable. Zvezdica ✴️ is less due to the lack of parking and a little more distance from the center of the spa

We are very satisfied! The apartments are large, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need. A large, beautiful terrace with a view of the greenery. Peace, comfort, privacy. All praise for the hosts, extremely kind and pleasant people. Our recommendation !!!

My experience with Nebojša Apartments was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the surrounding greenery protected me and my friends from the sun and provided a calming atmosphere while we watched television with an extensive selection of channels. The design of the bathroom was enchanting. Small but practical with prose so that while I have a big bowel movement I can talk to my friends who are waiting...

In a quiet area, full of greenery. Peace, privacy, kindness of the host. Really a real vacation.
