Hotels in Nis

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable.nice gym great sauna and lovely massage. The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

The rooms were generous in size. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was strong. Also, the breakfast was the best breakfast I had all week - a good selection including perfectly cooked fried eggs. However, many of the surfaces we touched gave us static electric shock. This included the buttons on the lift, the door to our room and any other metal surface in the hotel. This is something...

Good location, spacious and bright room.

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival...Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent...Need I say more? Would definitely recommend

Fantastic central location in the heart of the city... The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished.... Seems the hotel was very recently renovated and even their standard rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also acceptable (generally not the case in Balkans) All this at a very reasonable price....

Probably the best hotel in town, located on the central square. Unfortunately, several buildings on this square are in need of urgent renovations. Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you. Also note that there is no non-smoking section....

A family of 3 and two dogs. We highly recommend Nais hotel, clean, very comfortable rooms, good food, potite stuff, good location very close to the high way. And just because we are traveling in summer and the temperature is high, another motivation that made us choose this hotel, is that there is one information written on the hotels website, and that is the swimming pool, but it is not working at...

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Great hotel for an overnight stop on our journey back to UK. Bedrooms immaculate, shower powerful, beds and pillows super comfy, food beautiful staff so helpful and friendly. Stayed on the way out and booked again for 5 weeks later on our way home.

Horrible food & service. I ordered Greek salad and was given some soggy vegetables from at least 3 days ago. When I complained nothing was done. Unacceptable for 4* hotel! I would avoid by all means.

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms are so clean and nice. The stuff is very polite and they will do everything to make you feel comfortable. The only minus is breakfast. It could be better.

Great service, great location, kind English-speaking staff, loaded mini-bar, wide variety of room service food and drinks to choose from, an even better restaurant with a view to the river and opportunity to sit outside when it's not raining. Smoking-allowed foyer (the best!), next to the bar and the reception, very fine Wi-Fi everywhere around the hotel. The rooms are luxurious, boasting a hydro-massage...

Elegant and charmant, staff is very professional and friendly. Quite new and very clean. Room big and confortble. The price? Just 50 euro for two people ( with breakfast) Enjoy...

Beautiful receptionists little pricy for. They need to either call it my place hotel or best western. Look for my place hotel in poi in GPS. Best western isn't there.

The hotel was pretty good, but the rooms were too little. It was a nice experience.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The shower had some minor flaws: drain was a bit clogged, and the main shower head did not work. Apart from that, all tidy and clean. The French bed for two persons was sufficiently big. The location of the hotel is not in walking distance to supermarkets or restaurants. Enough free parking lots around the hotel.

So and so. Rooms with AC. AC was turned on when we arrived, at 20.30, and it was so cold that we can't warm ourself till morning. Clean bathroom, so and so the roo., and bad towels. Old and very used. You don't do this at a 4 star hotel. Great staff, great food at the restaurant and good parking space.

The hotel is very nice overall, beautiful decoration, nice clean,comfortable rooms, lovely dinner and breakfast. The only kind advice is that the receptionists need to improve their problemsolving skills, they were a bit slow. Other than that everything was great!

Good hotel, very clean, pretty good food, good service. Spa didn't work probably because of the pandemic. There is a conference room and a bigger one for parties. Easy parking.

My experience in this hotel was a mixed bag. Firstly, it is in a very old building and the hotel only occupies third and fourth floors. The whole building isn't a hotel. You can take an elevator to the third floor lobby but if your room is on the fourth floor, you will have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs by yourself as the elevator doesn't go there. Each room has an artwork by a local painter...

I spend my best days here, with my super friends on this lovely place. And sorry but I have to say that this place is not the same without Maja! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a car park. employees are very friendly. The architectural design of the hotel is very good. You will feel yourself in an art gallery.

Hotel staff was very friendly and flexible about all arrangements. Rooms were perfect (I loved the Room called Tower)! The hotel is 1 min walk from main pedestrian street but it is not on main car street so you have peace and silence to rest enough. It was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to everyone🥰

Located right in the center within walking distance to tourists places. Polite staff. Free parking, room is big but furniture is a bit outdated. WiFi signal was poor. Water did not stay hot for long in the shower. Very bad smell in the toilet.

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

This is a very modest hotel. for a good price. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I personally did not see anything wrong with the rooms at all. They were fine to me. No, they were not luxurious, but they were fine. If I ever go to Nis again, this is probably where I would stay.

very good price! the hotel has something from an era not existing anymore. IT would be better if the whole hotel was not smelling of tobacco smoke but it is a problem allover Serbia

The breakfast was pretty good. The room is OK. Bear in mind that in Serbia the people are still smoking in all closed spaces, even the rooms... There is a free parking.

Petsoni receptionist is very good person, polite. Even all Serbian people are very good, kind hearted, soft spoken. Alhamdullillah we have very good time in qourtain.

We stayed for one night when we were travelling from Turkey to Belgium. We made a reservation on its official website and we got an answer in few minutes. They informed us that check-in was possible at any time. Big and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. safe private parking.

The hotel was a real discovery. Located on the outskirts of the city of Niš, inside it is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was also delicious. A colleague and I took the family room and it was the best of what we met on the way from Moscow to Athens. On the territory there is free parking for cars, there is free wireless internet. From the windows overlooking the old city.

Very clean and big rooms. Small bathroom. Unfortunatelly the dark courtains cant make dark. The bwds are loud. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Location is out from the city center. Good price / value. FREE parking and wifi. Breakfast from 8-11AM. You can choose from menus. Extra good: baby bed, nice idea!

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :) More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

Awesome room! The best room I have ever stayed in! Classy, sexy, beautiful, without being tacky. Sparkly clean, smelled so nice, excellent service! Quiet and safe neighborhood, mall is 2 min walking, center is 15 min walking. Use the curtains! Absolutely amazing!

They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers.The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking

Awesome Hotel, breakfast is very good, with meat, vegetables and sweets, very nutritious. Big, clean rooms. Workers are very helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

Rooms are untipical, but very nice with good furniture. Staff and service are great. Maybe it's little problem with parking because its city center and in afternoon hours it is little bit difficult to find parking spot.

I really love this hotel. Directly near restaurants and bars. Nice personnel. The lady for the breakfast is great. Depending on when you are there you have great buffet or this nice lady makes you breakfast. Also gluten free bread is very good. Rooms look great. Bed sleeps fine. Little downside is that some rooms are a bit noisy.
